Yes we were running the installer and were using a flashdrive that we had copied the program onto. We were trying to use the classmate from a previous year KOP. I am not sure about your last question. We were trying to get the cRio reimaged for this year's season and our main programming laptop would not image it. So we thought we would use the classmate. We were able, later in the evening, to get it imaged and are up and ruinning now. Thank you for your response.
