Update Suite download without roboRIO imaging tool

We tried to update by downloading a new version of the Update Suite but we don't have the roboRIO imaging tool, how we fix this error? Is there possible way to download the tool?

The 2019 Update Suite can be found here: http://www.ni.com/download/first-robotics-software-2017/7904/en/

When you install that, it should also install the roboRIO Imaging Tool.

Yeah, we tried it multiple times but we don't have the imaging tool on our computer - only the LabVIEW program and the FRC Driver Station.

If you open LabVIEW. Look at the menu bar. Go to the tools and click. In that drop down you will see the link for the imaging tool along with many other tools. The other tools should be axis camera set setup tool. Radio flashing tool etc..
