Wheel Encoder problems

I have wheel encoders on our bot and they worked before the update (2.1) but now they don't work.

Electrical checked the encoder and the wires and they are working

The encoder open doesn't display when double clicked the values of the constants

and they all say disabled not DIO 1 for example.

I noticed the devref says for Counter index says invalid this could be the cause for the encoders not working

Hi Lucario,

What do you mean the encoder open doesn't display when double clicked the values of the constants? Which constants are you double clicking on? Are they inputs to the Encoder Open VI? A screenshot of this piece of your code might help.

Is the VI broken or does it just not run properly?
