Does the imaging tool see your cRIO? Are you using a wired connection? If so try imaging it again to see if that helps? If the imaging tool does not see the cRIO, verify that all of your wireless settings are correct. Please note, that you should not use a wireless connection to image the cRIO. You should always use a wired connection to do so.
