entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located

After installing labview 2014 and the 2015 FRC update, I found that I could not run the driver station without getting error messages (cf. image below).

The first message is written in the title of the discussion and is related to msvcrt.dll.

The second message is: LabVIEW ressource not found - XInput9_1_0.dll - An error occured loading VI XInput9_1_0.lvlib: X Input Set State.vi

The driver station panel opens but won't run.

Thanks for any tip on how to solve that problem.

What OS? XP is not supported.
