I'm getting a "sysProps.xml doesn't exist" error when trying to deploy java code in eclipse with the new 2017 software, and according to

this error is indicative of a bad roborio image, but I have another programmer next to me on a different laptop, who's code is uploading just fine, same enviroment except he's on mac (if that's important in some way, i'm on win10).
Please help.
