Add URL function of the communities board is bad

As shown here, by Ed Dickens, the insert URL malformes addresses from the decibel.ni.com/content/thread parts.

When you copy a URL (http://decibel.ni.com/content/thread/3661?tstart=0) for into the first tab-page the resulting URL is: http://decibel.ni.com/thread/3661?tstart=0 where the content/ part is stripped.

BTW this does work OK on the forums board.
