Can't load forum pages

When I browse forum pages, Chrome can only load half page, then stuck forever.  The loaded half page is not clickable.  No link works.  It happened since a few days ago.

NI's main page works fine, only the forum pages don't.

I am using the latest Google Chrome on Windows 11.

Microsoft edge works fine on the same computer.

Chrome works fine on my work laptop in Windows 10 Pro.

Anyone know how to fix this?
