Changing Old Account Username

How can I get in contact with a moderator or someone who can change the name of an account that's no longer in use. I used to work at NI and, while I'd like to just switch the email linked to that forum account and continue using it, at the very least I'd like to continue using that forum handle. Account for reference.

Can confirm, am same person.

Also, if I'm not going to be allowed to change the email associated with this account, I probably also shouldn't be able to continue posting from this account. My login credentials are all saved, I just can't update anything because any emails will just collect dust in the email server void.
