I appreciate that this has been asked before, but I'm still hitting issues.
Having switched roles I no longer have access to the email account associated with my NI profile. Consequently any details that I try to update aren't applied as I can never receive the confirmation email.
Based on other posts, I've tried submitting a request using this page
This emails me a confirmation email which instructs me to 'confirm your email by clicking the button below'.
Unhelpfully, there is no button to click on. I assume that it gets removed by various email security checks between NI and me.
Are there any other options which don't rely on accessing my old email? (Apart from creating a new profile)

By way of an update (in case anyone else hits the same issue)...
I overcame the problem with the missing 'confirm' button by providing a personal email address which doesn't go through the same security checks as a business email.
Apparently my request is being considered and might be resolved in a 'few weeks'. A bit slow... But I'll take it.
