Hi Ben,
I'm unable to reproduce this issue in IE 11 or Chrome on Windows 10. Your screenshots seem to indicate that perhaps the page is not fully loading for you - so the layout is not displaying properly. Is the internet connection on your computer working properly? Are you seeing the same / slow load times on other websites? Is it possible your firewall is blocking the full page from loading?
