How can I get the permissions to float a topic for all users in a group I manage?

Hi, 

I manage a couple of groups within the communities. For some, I do have the right to float a topic for all users, but for others, I don't.

What is the process to get this right for all of the groups I manage?

For the Unit Testing Group, I can float a topic for all users, this is the current topic floated to all users

Hi FabiolaDelaCueva,

The Delacor Toolkit group is a category group which is set up differently from the other two groups you listed.  Moderators can float topics for all users in category groups.  I have floated your topic for you. You can report topic float requests to the moderator, and we will take care of your request.
