The layout of the kudos leaderboard needs to be improved since at present is largely unusable:
I dare you to guess who is Blokk and who is Bob_Schor: if you don't remember their avatar you have no way of distinguish them unless you hover some name and wait for the popup to display. Very uncomfortable! (above answer is #4 and #2 respectively).
And finding Ben (#13) is a challenge!
A better layout could be a three-column table with larger boxes were names could be shown at least partially, at the expense of a little bit longer page.
As a side note, I see that this forum board hasn't the top kudoed authors component: is it by design?

Also on the Kudos, I note this "feature" in the top kudos this week - adding 5352 kudos in one go (by an N/A user). That's one way to jump up the leaderboard!

You will see some discrepancies on the leaderboards due to the community migration. We are looking into it.
