NI SoftMotion for SolidWorks Need Help with Project

I am working for a company in which we design (In SolidWorks) and fabricate Barge Spouts. The Barge spout is controlled by a 2 axis joystick up, down, left, right and also has a toggle switch button on top of the joystick which controls extending and retracting the Barge Spout Chute. As a Sales/Marketing Tool I want make a joystick function as it would in a real world application but using SolidWorks. For example, a customer moves the joystick to the right the "SolidWorks Modeled Barge Spout" moves right on the computer screen, then if the customer wanted to hit the extend toggle switch on the joystick, the barge spout chute would extend and so on. The key is whatever the customer does with the joystick, it acts as if he/she doing it in the "real world."

When this question was asked in SolidWorks Network I was told the reply below, which is good, I now know that it is possible. I need someone that is capable of taking an SolidWorks Assembly and making it move up, down, left, and right with a 2 axis joystick, as well as, program the toggle switch on top of the joystick to extend and retract the barge spout chute, keep in mind that I don't want to simply animate the Barge Spout to move and extent on programed timed intervals. I want to have a stationary view (that of the operator sitting in the control room) or in this case the potential customer to be able to fully move the barge spout and chute exactly as if he/she were in a real life application.

REPLY:   "...National Instruments, NI SoftMotion for SolidWorks, to be used with SolidWorks Motion..."

Any takers? Before starting and getting into specific details, such as distance limits, speeds, etc. I would like to get a turnaround time and price for a turn key type of model / software...

P.S. Not sure exactly where this type of post should go...so feel free to move it to correct area
