When I try to place a service request with NI the website enters an endless loop:

I'm having trouble downloading Labview 2024 Q3.
I believe I have an active license but the website doesn't seem to like my serial number.
I would invite someone from NI to please get in touch with me to resolve this.

Have you tried again today? We had a banner warning of site maintenance, so that could have been a temporary glitch.

I have, but this problem has been ongoing for (at least) months.
Another oddity is that when Labview is restarted after a crash a dialog offers to send a report to NI which always leads to a 'Page not found' or similar error. This has been the case for at least a year.
