There isn't a maintenance tonight (Nov 16) is there?  I'm getting some strange behavior and innability to create a new thread in the LabVIEW forum.

I did see a short period of time (sometime around 8-9 pm EST) where it said the forums were unavailable due to maintenance.  It perhaps lasted 10 minutes.
