My profile is showing this strange Testing Badge, not sure exactly what this is.

It was just that -- a test. It should be gone now.

Darn, it said it was only earned by 3 so I was hoping I had some exclusive badge.

No, sorry! When a badge is greyed out like in your screenshot, that means it's available for you to earn.

Well, right above, it said "you have earned 0 badges". 😞

OTOH, you could work towards a "Knight of NI" badge, which is currently owned by 15. Still quite exclusive. 😄 (But the longer you wait, the less exclusive it will get 🐵

Now I am working towards that exclusive and elusive "testing badge", but the requirements are a bit foggy. 😄

I recently did some UX testing internally but I'm not sure why I thought that would translate to a forum badge. 

I'm also slowly working on the knight badge (emphasis on slowly). I think my current pace would get me there in about 30 years or so.
