Why are so many of the user statistics private?
The list of public statistics is very limited.
I would like to be able to view the full block of statistics when I view a user's profile.
Is there a reason that they are deliberately kept private?
Besides IP address of last visit, I don't see how any of those metrics could be abused.

Yes, I agree there is value in showing more statistics on the user profile pages and it is feedback I have given to our forum vendor previously. If you change your "Preferences > Privacy" setting in My Settings to Show personal information to all then others can see the number of tags you've used and your personal website in addition to posts and kudos count. If that setting is set to "none" then others can only see your posts and kudos count.
What other statistics are you interested in seeing?
Thanks,

Kudos! Learned something new here... I just changed this setting. (I think it's strange that your personal website defaults as Private instead of Public. I would lean toward suggesting this become a Public field.)

There isn't a particular metric I am interested in per se, I would just prefer if you could see all of the statistics as if you were viewing your own profile.
So if anyone clicked on my profile, they would see a more extensive list. (see attached, for some reason the Insert Image is giving me a hard time ATM)

As Jack said, I don't know why you would put this in a private location, rather than public.
If you are the only one who can see your website, then why would you bother putting it in your profile.
You already know what your own website is so you are about the last person that would need to see it.

Well, I am very happy having the possibility not to reveal my user behavior - I don't mind if there is an option to disclose everything as long as there is the option to keep user statistics private.
There is always the possibility of using a signature in order to reveal web site, LabView experience ...
