We have been without access to forums.ni.com for a while from our company network, it would only return error 500 if we tried to access it after being logged in. Deleting all coookies did not help, but after much troubleshooting we figured out that we could fix the issue by deleting just two of them; namely an_ca and an_cci. The two cookies happened to contain our current company address, and our old company address (both containing the Norwegian letter Å (AA) by the way). We have not probed any further to see if the fact that the addresses were different, or that they contained Norwegian letters - had anything to say, but just thought I should share this information here in case anyone else run into it, or if NI can use it to fix a potential issue on the site(?).
