email address change verification email didn't go through

I need to verify my email address change with the company I work for since they recently purchased.  The email didn't go through (or wasn't sent), and I don't have the option of requesting an additional verification email.  I need this change made so I can activate software.

I did verify that I can send an email to the old account with a personal email and it came through to my work email.

I tried changing my password per https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019S5BSAU&l=en-US.

Now I will send an email to eCRM.feedback@ni.com.

 

No other service I have used has this poor of a means to get this done.

How long should I expect to wait for a resolution to this issue?  I originally posted this problem on Friday morning.

Someone private messaged me to correct the issue.

 

I hope these things can be solved in the future.  The email address change leaves no option to ask for the confirmation email again.  This is a flaw that should be fixed.
