It's been a while since I had to post a question to the forums when trying to resolve a LabVIEW issue. Today, when I couldn't find a solution in the suggested posts, I noticed there was no handy "start a topic" button in the search page as there used be. Instead I had to spend several minutes searching through the support pages and community pages to find the "start a topic" button.
I don't know what committee came up with this new layout but it's highly inefficient (to put it politely).

For me I go to the forums and I want to post a question, and on any subforum there is a Start a Topic button just below the search bar. I've never had a problem finding that button with my work flow of going to the forums and posting a question. But if your first instinct is to search for your issue, and then only post a new topic if you don't find what you are looking for. Doing this means you have to go back to the subforum, after reviewing your search results for the answer.
Another thing I noticed that was removed, is previously you were forced to search for your topic, before starting a new thread. While this was sometimes seen as annoying I think it works better with your work flow of search, review results, start new thread. Even though I said it was annoying, I think I would like this feature brought back, and allow for starting a topic from the search results, like it was before.
