Package Installer Build Failure

Hi all, when trying to build a Package Installer from within G Web Dev, I keep getting the following error and I need help resolving it:

"NI Package Manager failed generating the Package Installer. Please verify NI Package Manager is installed and all required feeds are registered : Could not export product 'Web App'. The product 'Web App' failed to export one or more packages. The requested transaction cannot be solved.1 problems were found. The package 'NI Uninstaller (ni-metauninstaller 2023 Q3)' cannot install. Required package not found: 'ni-securityupdate-kb67l8lcqw-killbits (2.1.0 >=)'. Verify the missing package is available in a registered feed and the package is compatible with this version of Package Manager and operating system."

- Windows 11 Pro

- G Web Dev 2022 Q3

- NI Package Manager 2024 Q2 (24.3.0.49316-0+f164)

From within Package Manager I can see the mentioned packages are installed:

- NI Uninstaller (ni-metauninstaller 23.5.0.49255-0+f103)

- NI Security Update (KB 67L8LCQW) (ni-securityupdate-kb67l8lcqw-killbits 2.1.0.49152-0+f0)

From what I can see, I've got everything installed correctly and everything is up-to-date. I have also tried repairing both NI Uninstaller and NI Security Update (KB 67L8LCQW). And from my g web dev project, I can build a package without any errors, it's only the package installer that is the problem. Disabling "Install package dependencies from feeds" makes no difference. The only Package dependency listed in the Package Installer is NI Web Server.

Maybe the security update is not compatible with Package Manager 2024 Q2?
