I tried it with the same software components listed in your report and still no luck. Moving forward I think the best option is for you to open a Service Request with NI China. I have tried to connect my webcam to sb-RIO 9637, I have tried to connect them through USB 3.0 hub, still cannot see it in MAX.

How did you make them work?

What model? You probably want to make sure you webcam supports genicam. Also, you should probably make your own thread. Ideally in the sbrio software form as this is likely a software issue.

Most of the cameras are working after installation of LabVIEW 2023 Q1 and NI Linux Real-Time ARMv7-A 4.14.146-rt67 on target with Vision Development and IMAQdx  support.
