was the advice which helped us with VT4002. Somebody wrote:

"I had problems with VT 4010, the problem was only that in the user manual was not write the wiring of RS232  25Pin to 9Pin.

The wiring is the following:

25Pin  -->  9Pin

2 --->  2

3--->   3

7--->  7      (NOT 2 with 3 and viceversa)."

Changing TX and RX using soldering iron in DB25 helped

Hi,

I m able to communicate with the climatic chamber, i.e that i can read the temperature, I can also set the temperature, but i'm not able via the ASCII 2 protocole to start the climatic chamber ? Could you confirm me if it is possible with the RS232 connection or if I have to use the digital IO to do it.

Hello, I have also come across this problem with a HC 4120 chamber. I can set and read the temperatures but I haven't found a way to start the chamber using the RS-232 ASCII 2 protocol.

Have you found a solution to the problem yet?

I see this is long back for your but i am just working on the same equipment can you share the cable informations which you used in the figure09in the zipfile and which pin are used for the communication 

and can you share the succeded file in communication so it can be a helpful for me as a beginner
