Enabling NVISATulip.dll makes NI MAX stop working

Hello! Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I'm new to the forums.

I have been trying to use an Agilent 82357b to interact with a Keithley 2400 SourceMeter. The Agilent 82357b does not show up in NI Max though (it does show up on Windows device manager).

Searching the internet for answers, I found out that I should enable the NVISATulip.dll in the NI Max settings, however, every time I enable it, it makes NI Max stop working and returns the MAXVISATimeoutError. I tried following the steps on https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019KeISAU&l=pt-BR, but even after reseting the database file, (re)installing NI-Visa, NI-Serial and NI-488.2 (yes, I checked if the versions installed were the right ones), it still returns the same error.

It does not return the error when the NVISATulip.dll is not enabled, but if it is not enabled, it won't recognise my Agilent 82357b either.

Is there any hope to my case? What should I do to get everything working? Thanks to anyone that can answer it!

The NI VISA Tulip driver is a translation layer between NI VISA and the Agilent IO driver. There is a good chance that the Agilent IO driver version somehow is not compatible to the NI VISA Tulip driver for some reason. Not sure what versions of the Agilent IO driver NI has tested with.

What Agilent IO driver version do you use? And what NI VISA version?
