Hi,
I'm quite new to LabView. I am trying to communicate with my SR DG645 delay generator via ethernet. I followed the steps discussed NI 'Ethernet Instrument Control Tutorial' (https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000x3gXCAQ&l=sv-SE). I managed to succeed in the steps but when finally the system added in NI MAX devices and interfaces, it shows a red mark (see attached image), and as a result, I can't do the Test Communication in VISA Test Panels. I also attached the test result of communicating with my instrument over the network. Could any of you help to resolve the issues?
Thanks in advance,
Chemra.

Typically, my first debug step for Ethernet devices is to try to talk to the instrument through the web browser. Quickly going through the manual, I'm not sure it has this capability. But you are able to ping it, so you should be able to make a connection. What is the IP address of your computer? What subnets are both endpoints using?

Hello, I’ve encountered the same issue as you. May I ask if you were able to resolve it?
