My team is trying to set up a merged ParBERT + Credence LC-ATE system to characterize and validate a design with multiple high speed busses. Has anyone done this kind of work or have any tips on how to do this?
I've done some characterization and validation of designs with multiple high speed busses, and have been able to automate some of it using LabVIEW. I have not yet used a BERT.
