Why my PC can not recognize the agilent DSO5012A by the GPIB-USB-HS？

1. I have installed the NI-488.2 driver，and the agilent E3631A can be recognized by the GPIB-USB-HS

2.I have selected all list passports include NiVisaTulip. dll，but there is  no use. 

3. I have replaced three oscilloscopes，it still can't be recognized

4. Whether I need install one more driver，I'm so confused，please help me，thank you all very much.

If you are using your oscilloscope via USB, you need to install NI-VISA driver.
