using hp33120a driver

Hi,

I am trying to control a hp33120a function generator via Labview and a GPIB/USB interface wich is an Agilent 82357a. However when I run the getting started.vi of the driver with the correct gpib address (I may be wrong!!) the following error occurs :

Error -1073807195 occurred at hp33120a Initialize With Options.vi

Possible reason(s):
Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFF00A5) Primary Error: (Hex 0xBFFF00A5) The interface type is valid but the specified interface number is not configured.

It seems that I have to configure something but I don't know what!

Could anyone help me on that?

Try setting the tulip passport as mentioned by JLS in this post. You might also want to read this.

I have a HP33120A and GPIB-USB with drivers installed. When I open .vi generate wfm file for hp33120a, and run tht , in visa resouces name ( COM1, COM6, LPT1)  it is not showing me GPIB resource name to select

what should I do so that , I can able to see GPIB in .vi files to select

And what did you see in MAX. Is it a NI-GPIB-USB or from another vendor?
