NI-488.2 is quite an old release. I recommend getting in contact with our support team to get more information on how to receive it. They might ask for your hardware's serial number and active service contract.

I have contacted NI after sales, but I only have the expired software serial number, which no longer supports after sales. Newly bought GPIB-USb-HS + does not support new service number. I just want a lower version of the driver, but I have no alternative

Indeed, the access to older versions of software requires an active service contract.

As a heads-up for you, the GPIB-USB-HS+ is not compatible with versions prior to 14.0
