Does this library run only on LabVIEW NXG?

I am interested into Software defined radio, I have the folling questions:

1) I need to test radio communications in the 433 MHz and 868 MHz bands (ISM bands), with FSK or OOK modulation. Is the USRP-2900 series good for that?

2) I have only LabVIEW 2020 and TestStand 2019. I dont want to use LabVIEW NXG, does the software driver exist only for NXG?? NXG is a dead product now (as per NI official statement)

3) I need to measure FFT power (dBm) around 433 MHz (span around 250kHz at max). Is the USRP-2900 good for that?

Here you can see full details of USRP-2900. 

1. Yes, NI-2900 is pretty good for that frequencies. 

2. Here is a driver for LabVIEW USRP. It's pretty easy to program USRP in LabVIEW. 

3. Yes, you can do the measurement.
