Arduino Analog port to read multiple analog pins

Can anybody please tell me how to use analog port and distinguish values of different analog pins using that port?

I suggest you use LINX..  The example Analog read N Channels.VI is included in the installation software.   LIKFA is no longer supported by National Instruments.

Is there any delay between reading multiple channels simultaneously using LINX?

Arduio UNO boards have only one ADC, so yes there will be a de;ay between readings.  The conversion rate for Arduiuno Uno boards is approximately 10,000 samples per second.
