I'm Not Getting Connect Arduino to LabView

Hello gentlemen!

There are days I am trying to connect my Arduino to LabView, but did not succeed, but I do not know what to do, when I try to do the LabView Simulation in an Error message 5001-can anyone help me be grateful appears.

I'm using the Arduino Duemilanove Board and LabView 2013.
