Issues after Toolkit Installation

I have installed Arduino Hobbyist Toolkit for LV 2023 Q3 through LV Package Manager. However, it is missing some tools (Open.vi, LINX, Utilities etc.). Please see attached. It works fine with LV 2022 Q3. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I do have the same problem, I de-install everything using NI package manager, and reinstall Labview community edition.iso 2023Q3 and i still have the Hobbyist toolbox alone no other vi.
