Labview to nRF24L01 module through arduino

Hi,

I am trying to interface Labview and arduino so that I could transmit data through an nRF24L01 RF module depending on the data written by the VISA write vi. But the program doesnt work for some unknown reason can anybody help me plzzzzzzzzzzz......
