我用while循环结构和事件结构实现数据录入并且显示到表格中的功能，要求每次输入后，点击确定，数据写入表格。依次把数据填入，点击确定，把数据依次写入表格（不能覆盖）。点击输入完成按钮，退出执行
问题1：点击输入完成，程序并不能停下来，要再按一次，才能停下
问题2：假设我有三个数据，每次输入数据，点击确定，最后一个数据并不能写入到表格中，而是在下一次数据录入的时候，才写入表格中，显然这个问题不能容忍
