1st LV 2016 Project

As a first test to try out the editing changes in LV2016 (which by the way, I really like) I decided to take the LV2016 release notes and calculate the number of remaining outstanding issues relative to the original version of LabVIEW where they were discovered. And so for your listening and dancing pleasure, here is the resulting graph...

Note that I grouped all the releases of a given major version together in one count.
