I had been running 2024 Q1 and using the offline help. I've upgraded to 2024 Q3 and now get this for all context menu help queries:
I've tried re-installing the offline help viewer to no avail. Any suggestions?

Same problem for me, I'm trying to use the community edition.
I used the NI Help Preferences App to de-select Use online help.
There are no local files for the help and no instructions on how to download / get them.
