Hi,
We have compiled and moved our application to a remote system. Ive activated the web publishing tool and set the listening port etc. All workes fine and we can access the remote panel via IE version 11. Cannot get it to open in any other browser though.
Anyway, all the 2D plots and indicators work fine but the 3D plots do not. They appear blank. Also when I return to the remote system and look at the screens, the 3D plot appears frozen and it takes some clicking around to get it operating again. By that, I mean just changing screens and not stoppomng the program.
Is there a settign in IE that needs to be changed? Seems to work fine sometimes and sometimes not. 3D plots are always blank when using the web browser.
