A Problem with Swept sine engine.vi.................

I'm doing  a project on FRA using PXI-4461 DSA card. I noticed one problem in generating swept sine wave. I had configured a swept sine for eg: Start freq as 1hz and Stop Freq as 10 hz with no of steps 2, Settling cycle as 3, Integration cycle as 3, with amplitude 5v. 

When i noticed in CRO the Number of cycles generated of 1hz is 6.5 cycles and similarly for 10hz. It is noticed in all step of frequencies 0.5 cycles is more. I had tried by varying no of cycles and the result is same. I'm using LabVIEW 8.6 and Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 6.0

So can anybody tell why this happens. And what should i do to ignore the 0.5 cycles in all steps of frequencies.
