Activate Addons Menu

Hello all,

Was curious if anyone knew how the activate add-ons menu is populating itself with "Add-on Names" and the status of said licenses. I've tried experimenting with the TPLAT (Third Party Licensing and Activation Toolkit), and without the password from the add-on supplier I can't build anything to check the status of a license. I want to get this information without having to open the UI and check visually/manually.
