Hello, I'm trying to activate the 2023 Q3 Community version of LabVIEW, and I always receive the following error:
"There is currently a problem connecting to our servers. Please try again later."
I've already uninstalled everything through the Package Manager and reinstalled. I've tried activating with the firewall disabled, and I've attempted to download using a new NI account. I've successfully activated another computer on the same network without any issues.
The strange thing is that if I enter an incorrect password, the server recognizes that it's wrong and doesn't even attempt to activate. In other words, the problem doesn't seem to be related to the server connection. I've already tried to activate using another network, same thing.

I can't get any help from NI on this.
It's just bizarre. I can do it on any PC on the network but mine. I have many other softwares installed and activated on this machine.
This doesn't make any sense.

Uninstalling and reinstalling should not affect this error as there is something preventing this system from connecting to NI. I do not know if NILM logging will give you more information, but you could try: How to enable NI License Manager Logging. Review the generated log after reproducing the issue again. You could post the log back here for others to help.
