Active X and Vector CANoe

I want to use the LabView ActiveX VI's to control Vecotr CANoe(v5.2) and I'm not sure what to do.  I can launch the application and load a configuration file.   I want to do a mass compile, but the CAPL property returned from the application is a variant.  What do I need to do to utilize the other CANoe methods?

   Vector will be the best resource to confirm the specific API they have for LabVIEW to communicate to the CANoe. I found a few links that might be useful -
