Adding labview PC/terminal to Active Directory

hai guys,

 

Would like to get some suggestion an the problem that im currently facing. We have a system installed with Labview and connected to main network. I can access the PC from nywhere within the network.

 

Im currently having problem when accessing from a location outside the location( Different country) which is claimed to be in the Network connection. They can ping all the other PC except the 1 installed with LabView. We suspected the Firewall but that is not the prob as well.

 

Would like to Know if we can add the labview installed PC/terminal to Active directory list. Will that be a solution  for the problem and will that effect any performance of the labView programme.

 

Do suggest any other solution as well.
