Agilent 34970A NI Driver problems

I'm trying to use Agilent 34970A DAQ unit with three 34902 16-channel multiplexer modules to read 48-channels of resistance values. I downloaded the National Instruments driver for the Agilent 34907A and currently using it in the VI (please see attached VI). The VI works well when I select 31 channels or less but ran into problems when I increase the channels from 32 to 48. The DAQ unit is giving me a 521 error code (input buffer overflow). The DAQ unit is connected thru the RS-232 port with a USB-to-Serial cable. Has anyone encountered similar problems? Any Help or recommendation is appreciated. Thanks! -noviceLabVIEWuser

Hi noviceLabVIEWuser,

The same error has been discussed in this post. I would recommend looking through the troubleshooting steps provided by the users to see if that resolves your issue.
