Agilent 8435 not connecting to labview

Hi Everyone, I am currently working on a Agilent 8345 that is connected to a windows 10 PC via a GPIB-USB adaptor. The PC has all of the latest drivers installed, and has the appropriate GIB-USB drivers (NI-488.2 Version 17). I am able to successfully query the system through NI MAX, Read, Write, and Query all return data. But when I try to initialize the device in LabVIEW it errors out with the following code "<ERR> The instrument timed out during the Read process.". I really don't know what's causing this issue, I'd appreciate some pointers of how I can trouble shoot this to identify the problem. Thanks

Obviously, something is wrong with your LabVIEW code!

We would really like to tell you what is wrong but, you didn't ATTACH YOUR CODE!
