I think i'm right in saying that this is how Vision carries out the analysis - frame by frame. However, it may be possible to speed up your analysis by you optomising your code, however, i don't know if it will be possible to speed it up to a degree that would make the frames looking as if they are a video. (i.e at least 24 frames per second).
The other way may be to play a duplicate of the video in a seperate window, if you need to be able to view the video whilst the analysis is taking place.
