Application standalone with OPC server

Hello everyone!

I begin with question: Can I build an standalone application which includes OPC server? 

I make an labview application which uses an OPC server and I want to build this application and then an installer for this. I want to use this standalone application on a PC who any Labview program are not installed. I try to use build this application but I think I missed something, because the application does not connect to OPC.

Have you got a deployment license?
