Applications in 32 bit LV runs faster the 64 bit LV

Hi,

I created a VIPM package of my application and installed it in LV 2016 32 bit. It runs as expected. But when the same is done with LV 2016 32 bit, the application seems to hang for a while. Is there any specific reason for this and any ways to fix it.
