Approximate entropy

Hi

I want to use approximate entropy on some Heart rate recordings and can't seem to find any VI´s for it. I have LabVIEW 2011, but the only entropy VI seem to be the TSA Entropy, where the method choices are "Shannon, Threshold, Sure, Norm and Energy", but not any approximate entropy for heart rate variability measures. Does anyone have a VI of  or know how to get it?

The code/formulas behind App.Entropy seems to be different than the methods listed above.

I'm not aware of such a function, so unless someone else has already made one, your best option is properbly to write this yourself. Maybe this forum post can guide you in the right direction:
